PAYMENT

Jump A Lot ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

Jump A Lot ApS aims to send an SMS within 10 minutes
After purchase, you will receive an SMS with instructions on how to get your tickets.

Reimbursement

In the case of a refund, please enclose bank information in the form of reg. No. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk per. mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of return / right of cancellation

As these are tickets for an event, we do not offer the right of cancellation or return

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
By using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of the date, where we have received notice of your decision to use the right of withdrawal. Repayment will be made with the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the amount refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

How to file a complaint

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
